The 4th Annual Euromoney Forex Forum and Poll Dinner
May 19-20 2004
The Landmark, London
Euromoney would like to thank all sponsors speakers and delegates for helping to make the The Euromoney Forex Forum a huge success.
Through out the 2 days delegates were given the opportunity to take part in lively debates and discussions on some of the hottest topics affecting the forex markets. A macro economic and political approach sparked debates on controversial topic including: Is cross governmental currency management dead? What alternatives does China posses to its present pegged exchange rate? Can the ECB manage the Euros path? and what is the future of the Dollar?
Workshops also guided delegates through everyday issues effecting investors including: facing challenges in the trading room, incorporating emerging market currency risk in your portfolio and making the most of currency overlay.
Interesting insights into China and the next generation of central banking were provided by our keynote speakers, Dr Adam Posen from the Institute of International Research and David Robinson from the IMF.
